Summary

This study tested a wellness program designed to help caregivers of autistic children manage stress and improve their quality of life. Twenty-five participants worked with a coach to create a personalized plan and used a smartphone app with reminders and mindfulness exercises for 4-6 months. The goal was to see if the program was easy to use and could help reduce caregiver stress, depression, and improve overall well-being.
