Summary

This study tests a well-being program for adults with Irritable Bowel Syndrome (IBS). The goal is to see if it can reduce anger, anxiety, and depression while improving sleep, fatigue, and IBS symptoms. 150 participants will be randomly assigned to the program or a control group and followed for up to 9 months.
