Summary
This study is testing whether lifting weights can help treat depression. Researchers will compare a high-intensity weight training program to a low-intensity one over 16 weeks in 200 adults with depression. The goal is to see if exercise reduces symptoms and to understand how it might work by measuring changes in brain blood flow and participants' confidence.
