Summary
This study is testing whether a very low dose of the weight loss medication semaglutide can help people with HIV keep weight off after they lose it. Researchers will compare weight regain in 30 participants who either receive the low-dose drug or no additional medication for a year. The goal is to find a safe, long-term strategy to control weight-related health risks in this population.
