Summary
This study tested whether medically tailored meals and a behavior-change app (Noom) could help people keep off weight after stopping GLP-1 medications like Wegovy. It enrolled 39 adults who had lost at least 10% of their body weight on GLP-1s and recently stopped. The trial was terminated early, so results are limited.
