Summary

This study tests a procedure called transoral outlet reduction (TORe) combined with intensive lifestyle changes for people who have regained weight after gastric bypass surgery. About 108 participants will be randomly assigned to either receive the TORe procedure plus lifestyle changes or lifestyle changes alone. The main goal is to see how much weight they lose after 6 months, with follow-up lasting 24 months.
