Summary
This study aims to find the most effective way to help people maintain weight loss after they stop taking medications like Ozempic, Wegovy, Mounjaro, or Zepbound. It will enroll about 226 adults who have successfully lost weight on these drugs but are now stopping them. Participants will be randomly assigned to different follow-up plans involving diet, exercise, and other medications to see which approach best prevents weight regain over 12 weeks.
