Summary
This study is testing a 6-month program that combines personal coaching with smartphone apps and activity trackers to help young adults lose weight. Researchers want to see if this tech-supported approach is more effective than standard methods. About 140 participants will track their food, weight, and activity while working with a coach to guide their progress.
