Summary

This study is testing whether adding a medication called semaglutide to a standard lifestyle program helps teens with obesity lose weight more effectively. Researchers want to see if the medication helps the body burn calories more efficiently during and after weight loss. The study will involve about 74 teens aged 12-17 who are already in a weight management clinic.
