Summary
This study tests a daily injection called TCMCB07 in 120 people with newly diagnosed metastatic colorectal cancer who are starting chemotherapy. The goal is to see if it can help maintain body weight and muscle mass, which often drop during treatment. Participants receive either the study drug or a placebo for 12 weeks, and researchers monitor weight, side effects, and quality of life.
