Summary

This study tests a program that combines medication (Naltrexone + Bupropion) with behavior therapy to help adults lose weight and quit smoking before bariatric surgery. About 64 people who smoke and are considering surgery will be enrolled. The goal is to see if this approach is practical and acceptable compared to standard care.
