Personal navigator could be key to sticking with weight loss plans

NCT ID NCT06972381

Summary

This study is testing if having a personal guide, called a patient navigator, helps people with overweight or obesity start and continue using proven weight loss methods. The 12-month program provides a counselor who helps participants understand their options and connect with effective treatments. Researchers will measure if this support leads to better weight loss compared to people who don't get this guidance.
