Summary

This study aims to find the best combination of support methods to help people maintain weight loss after they've lost weight. Researchers will test four different approaches—including limiting food variety, home exercises, buddy support, and coping workshops—in various combinations across 544 participants. The goal is to identify which package of strategies works best for keeping weight off over 12 months without being too costly or burdensome.
