Summary

This study looks at whether eating protein and/or fiber bars as part of a low-calorie diet helps overweight or obese adults lose weight and improve heart, joint, and metabolic health. About 144 participants will eat three bars daily for 12 weeks. Researchers will track weight, body composition, blood markers, and joint comfort.
