Virtual coaching and Weight-Loss drugs tested to unlock kidney transplants

Summary
This study is testing if a virtual weight management program can help people with severe obesity and advanced kidney disease lose enough weight to qualify for a lifesaving kidney transplant. Participants will either join the program, which includes coaching and a weight-loss medication, or continue with their usual care. The main goal is to see if this approach is practical and safe before launching a larger trial.
