First seen Apr 02, 2026 · Last updated May 24, 2026 · Updated 5 times
Summary
This study tests whether adding online weight loss classes to standard cardiac rehab helps people with atrial fibrillation (AFib) and obesity lose at least 10% of their body weight and feel better. About 120 adults with AFib and a BMI of 30 or higher will take part. The goal is to see if this combined approach reduces AFib symptoms and improves quality of life.
