Can popular weight loss drugs turn back your Body's clock?
NCT ID NCT07444073
Summary
This study aims to see if popular weight loss medications (semaglutide or tirzepatide), when combined with lifestyle coaching, can slow down a person's biological aging. Researchers will follow 440 adults in Singapore who are overweight or obese for six months in a real-world weight management program. They will measure changes in a 'biological age' score based on blood tests, alongside tracking weight, body composition, and other health markers.
