Summary
This study is testing a new once-weekly medicine called NNC0662-0419 to see if it is safe and helps people with overweight or obesity lose weight. About 224 adults will receive either the study drug or a placebo (a shot with no active medicine). The main goals are to check for side effects and measure how much weight participants lose over time.
