Summary

This study is testing whether a new injectable drug called taldefgrobep alfa can help adults with overweight or obesity lose weight. Researchers will compare the drug to a placebo (inactive shot) in 150 participants over 24 weeks to see how much body weight changes and check for side effects. The goal is to see if this treatment can safely help control weight.
