Summary
This study tested a new drug called NNC0487-0111, given as a shot under the skin, to see if it is safe and how it works in people who are overweight or obese. 125 adults aged 18-55 with a BMI between 27 and 40 took part. The main goal was to check for side effects and measure how the drug moves through the body.
