Summary
This study is testing a weight loss program delivered through a smartphone app and phone coaching for young people who are obese after a stem cell transplant. It aims to see if this convenient, at-home approach can help them lower their BMI and improve their health. The 4-month program involves using the app, weekly check-in calls, and a few clinic visits.
