Summary
This study looks at the best way to maintain weight loss after initial success with a high-dose weight-loss drug (mazdutide). Researchers will compare a year of intensive lifestyle changes, a lower weekly dose of mazdutide, or both, in 420 adults with obesity. The goal is to find a practical, long-term strategy to prevent weight regain.
