Summary
This study tests a new insulin called GZR4 that is given once a week, compared to a standard daily insulin, in people with type 2 diabetes who have never used insulin before. About 580 adults will take part to see if the weekly shot works as well or better at controlling blood sugar, and to check for side effects. The goal is to make diabetes management easier with fewer injections.
