Summary

This study tests an experimental drug called AZD1775 in 49 women whose uterine cancer has come back or spread. The goal is to see if the drug can shrink tumors or slow cancer growth. Participants must have a specific type of uterine cancer (serous carcinoma or carcinosarcoma) and have tried other treatments before.
