Summary

This study is testing a program called WeCan-Rural for breast cancer survivors living in rural, underserved areas. The program uses weekly video sessions to help participants build healthy habits like better eating and more physical activity, with the goal of reducing heart disease risk. About 40 women who have finished cancer treatment will take part, and researchers will check if the program is helpful and easy to follow.
