New online therapy could help PTSD patients stuck on waitlists

Summary
This study tests a web-based program called webSTAIR for people with PTSD who are waiting for treatment. The goal is to see if it's easy to use, helpful, and can reduce PTSD symptoms. About 70 adults from a Boston clinic will take part, using a computer or phone to learn skills for managing emotions and relationships.
