VA tests web therapy using inspiring stories to help veterans with PTSD

Summary
This study is testing an 8-session online program called MOVED that uses inspiring stories of good deeds to help Veterans with PTSD. The program aims to reduce PTSD symptoms while improving social connections and quality of life. Researchers will compare it to a general support program to see if the inspiring stories approach works better. The study involves 250 Veterans who have had PTSD for at least one year.
