Summary

This study tests a web-based toolkit called CONNECT designed to help rural older adults who have survived cancer manage emotional distress and anxiety. The toolkit offers interactive activities, educational materials, and personalized mental health resource recommendations. Researchers will measure changes in distress levels and healthcare use over 12 months in 578 participants.
