Summary
This study tested a new web app that uses cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) to help with depression and anxiety. The app was designed to work across different cultures and languages for people in low- and middle-income countries. 50 adults who owned a smartphone or computer and had mild to moderate symptoms took part. The goal was to see if the app was easy to use and could help reduce symptoms.
