Summary

This study tests whether a web-app based physical activity program can improve depressive symptoms in midlife Korean American women. Researchers will enroll 300 women aged 40-60 who have mild depressive symptoms and are not currently active. Participants will use the app to increase their daily movement, and the study will measure changes in depression, stress, and social support.
