Summary
This study tested whether using a fitness tracker could help Black men who have had prostate cancer become more active and improve their quality of life. Thirteen participants wore the tracker for six weeks and had weekly check-ins. The main goal was to see if this approach was practical and acceptable for this group, not to treat the cancer itself.
