Summary
This study aims to find out if data from wearable devices like smartwatches can help detect early signs of memory problems and Alzheimer's disease. Researchers will enroll 150 adults aged 65 and older, some with early memory concerns and some without, to wear devices that track daily activity, sleep, and heart rate. The goal is to combine this data with medical tests to build a model for earlier detection, not to provide treatment.
