First seen Apr 10, 2026 · Last updated May 13, 2026 · Updated 7 times
Summary
This study tests a wearable voice-guided therapy for people who have both insomnia and sleep apnea. The treatment uses a smart eye-mask that talks you through steps to improve sleep. Researchers will measure how well it reduces insomnia and helps people stick with their CPAP machine. About 160 adults with both conditions will take part in this multi-center trial.
