Can your smartwatch guide a healthier pregnancy?
NCT ID NCT07331909
Summary
This study is testing whether wearable fitness trackers are a practical tool for measuring physical activity in pregnant women. Researchers will give 40 pregnant participants a Garmin activity tracker and randomly assign half to see their activity data while the other half cannot. The goal is to learn if these devices are easy to use during pregnancy and if seeing activity data influences behavior.
