Summary
This study checked if a wearable motion sensor (BTS G-sensor) can accurately measure how high people jump. 29 healthy women aged 18-35 did countermovement jumps while wearing the sensor and also being measured by a validated smartphone app. The goal was to see if the sensor's measurements matched the app's.
