Robot rehab for brain injury: early bedside therapy could boost recovery

Summary

This study tests a wearable robot that helps people with traumatic brain injury (TBI) do leg exercises while still in bed, even if they cannot move on their own. The goal is to improve leg function and range of motion early after injury. About 100 adults aged 30-85 with recent TBI and leg weakness will take part.
