Summary

This study tested if a small wearable device could help surgical residents avoid poor posture and reduce pain. The device gently vibrates to remind the wearer to stand up straight during laparoscopic surgeries. Researchers measured how much time residents spent in good posture and asked them about their pain levels before and after using the device for about a month.
