Can a wristband accurately track your hot flashes?
NCT ID NCT07022925
Summary
This study aims to see how well a wearable sensor can measure common perimenopause symptoms like hot flashes, anxiety, and sleep problems. About 110 women aged 35-55 will wear the device and also report their symptoms daily in an app. The goal is to compare the device's readings with the women's own reports to check its accuracy.
