Summary
This study looked at a better way to stop the blood pressure drug norepinephrine in 130 adults after heart surgery. Patients had a condition called vasoplegic syndrome, which causes dangerously low blood pressure. The goal was to see if using a measure called dynamic arterial compliance could help doctors safely reduce the drug without causing harm. The study aimed to shorten ICU stays and improve recovery.
