New online program aims to ease depression in dementia caregivers

Summary

This study tests whether a self-paced online program called WeACT can help family caregivers of people with dementia feel better mentally and emotionally. The program teaches skills to handle difficult thoughts and feelings. About 40 adult caregivers with mild to moderate depression will try the program for six weeks and share their experiences.
