NCT ID NCT07416227
First seen Jun 26, 2026 · Last updated Jun 27, 2026 · Updated 1 time
Summary
This study compares two procedures—water vapor therapy (Rezum) and prostatic artery embolization—for men with moderate-to-severe urinary symptoms from an enlarged prostate. Thirty men aged 50 and older who haven't responded to medication will be treated and followed for six months. The goal is to see which method better improves urine flow, reduces symptoms, and preserves sexual function.
