This study compares two minimally invasive procedures—water vapor (Rezum) therapy and prostatic artery embolization—for treating moderate-to-severe urinary symptoms caused by an enlarged prostate. About 30 men aged 50 or older who haven't responded to medication will be enrolled. The goal is to see which treatment better improves urinary symptoms, flow, and quality of life over 6 months.
