Sip your way to quieter nights? water bottle tested for sleep apnea
NCT ID NCT05371509
Summary
This study tested whether using a special water bottle nozzle daily for 8 weeks could help control obstructive sleep apnea and reduce snoring. The nozzle was designed to provide tongue exercise (myofunctional therapy) as people drank their daily water. Researchers measured changes in sleep apnea severity, snoring, and quality of life in 43 adults with mild to moderate sleep apnea.
