Summary

This study tested whether a warm-up program designed for youth soccer players could improve physical performance in young judo athletes. Sixteen judo athletes aged 10-14 tried both the soccer warm-up and their usual judo warm-up on different days. Researchers measured their jumping height, strength, and agility after each session to see which routine better prepared them for training.
