Summary

This study aims to see if eating walnuts causes changes in cholesterol levels, inflammation, and the bacteria in the gut. It involves about 30 overweight adults aged 45-70 with high LDL ('bad') cholesterol. Participants will follow specific diets with and without walnuts for several weeks while researchers measure blood markers and collect stool samples.
