Summary

This study aims to see if adding walnuts to the diet changes markers of heart health and the bacteria living in the gut. It involves 30 overweight adults with high LDL ('bad') cholesterol, who will follow specific diets with and without walnuts for several weeks. Researchers will measure cholesterol, inflammation, and collect stool samples to look for changes.
