Summary
This study looked at whether a supervised or distance-guided walking program could help manage fatigue in breast cancer patients undergoing hormone therapy. Seventeen women participated in a 6-week brisk walking program twice a week. The goal was to see if this simple activity could improve their energy levels and quality of life.
