Summary

This study looks at two ways to help people with Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT) walk better: foot surgery followed by rehabilitation, or physical therapy alone. Researchers will track walking speed and endurance over two years in 200 participants. The goal is to see which approach leads to better long-term walking ability.
