Summary

This study looked at whether a supervised or distance-guided brisk walking program could help manage fatigue in breast cancer patients on hormone therapy. Seventeen women who had finished chemotherapy or radiation but still felt tired took part in a 6-week walking program. The goal was to see if regular walking could improve energy levels and quality of life.
