Summary

This pilot study looked at whether a supervised or distance-supervised brisk walking program could help manage fatigue in breast cancer patients currently on hormone therapy. Seventeen women who had completed chemotherapy and/or radiation took part in a 6-week program, walking twice a week at a moderate pace. The goal was to see if regular walking could improve fatigue and overall quality of life.
