Summary
This study is for children and young adults up to age 21 whose acute myeloid leukemia (AML) has come back or not responded to standard treatment. Researchers are testing a combination of two drugs—Vyxeos and clofarabine—to find the safest dose that can control the disease. The goal is to improve remission rates and reduce heart side effects compared to older treatments.
